Created from a dream. Frank and I started Alexander Services from the living room of our home in 2012. Utilizing Frank’s vast engineering background and my marketing background, our two minds came together to imagine an HVAC company that was different from what was currently around. For too many years, the home service industries had a reputation of delivering really bad service, overcharging customers, and not considering the overall customer experience.
We imagined a company built on Excellent Customer Service as the core, instead of the customer experience being an afterthought. As we created the business with that idea in mind, the company grew fast by word of mouth and many awards, we received … and today the company is growing yearly with our motto being …
Excellent Customer Service does not just happen, it requires an ongoing, sharp focus with changes, tweaks, and monitoring of every aspect of the company. Sometimes we may miss the mark, but when we do, it never feels good, and we do whatever possible to see — what needs to be changed –and make any wrongs, right.
We see every team member in our company as part of our family and do our best to make sure they know they are valued and considered family… which translates to the way they treat the customers they visit.
Our future vision is to continue the focus on providing quick, honest, and affordable work while delivering a customer service experience that exceeds expectations. We also know this will take non-stop focus and will never end.
