Charles was very professional, and punctual. He had the knowledge to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue I was having with my HVAC. He took care of ordering the part and helped me look into the warranty of the system. Turns out, the warranty did end up covering the part cost but not labor, saving me over $300 in parts costs. Once the part came in, he was back the next day to install and check the system for function. All in all a great experience. I'll be requesting Charles in the future if I need HVAC work. 👍👍

Due to the unusually cold weather we've been having our furnace drainage pipe was completely frozen and we were without heat for a couple days. Charles came out and worked hard to thaw out the pipe and get things working again. He could have easily said "you'll just have to wait until it melts" and went on with his day but he was up there with a hair dryer and warm water for at least a couple hours melting the ice until it started draining again. We really appreciate his hard work!

My gas furnace stopped working & I called Alexander Services for help. Jordan, one of their technicians, came & diagnosed the problem & ordered the part that was needed. Derek & David wee the technicians who replaced the part when it arrived. All these guys were good at their job, professional, & quick. I have use Alexander heat and air for years on different houses i own, frank the owner and Christina he’s wife always very polite not only them but the people working for them top notch. Clean cut polite respectful. They know the business and this is why i keep on calling Alexander every time i need help. Matt did a great job installing my first ceiling light/fan. He identified that the second ceiling light/fan required a different box in the ceiling, and ordered the correct equipment. Rob came a week later and did an awesome job installing the second ceiling light/fan. His attention to detail was remarkable! Great job Matt and Rob!
